NHKの「難問解決！ご近所の底力」で自転車盗難についてやっている。盗まれないための施錠の方法ということで

2つ以上の鍵を使用
自宅の場合は地球ロック (とは言ってなかったけど、固定物にワイヤーで固定)

などを紹介していた。で、街中でも地球ロックは有効ですよねという質問に、道交法違反だという答えが。マジですか？地球ロックなしで自転車をとめておくなんて絶対できねーぞ。ほんとに道交法で禁止されているとしても、盗難にあった身としては、これは譲れないな。(21:53)

もちらんその番組は見ていないのですが(笑)<br>道交法違反ってことは，電柱やガードレールとかに固定し路上に駐輪するのは違反ってことですよね？<br>道交法の及ばない駐輪場などでの地球ロックは可なのでは？

その番組見てましたけど「道路交通法」じゃなくて「道路法」って言ってましたよね?<br>おそらく道路法第32条1項7号の「前各号に掲げるものを除く外、道路の構造又は交通に支障を及ぼす虞のある工作物、物件又は施設で政令で定めるもの」に該当するということなんじゃないかと思います。
